Glamping accommodations include your own 15′ x 15′ tent with a queen bed, nightstand, and lamp; Saturday night dinner, full bar, bonfire, and gambling tables, Sunday morning breakfast. Sunday morning transportation back to the hotels in Tubac is not included. No camping allowed outside of the Glamping Tents – glamping or hotel are the only options for Saturday night.

We would love to have as many Lifers as possible attend the Lifer Day in Camp on Friday, October 24, 2025. For those who do not wish to drive themselves, we are arranging transportation from Scottsdale to the ride site and back on Friday. Space is limited, availability is a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is required as we need to get a lifer headcount, whether you need transportation or not, and also your shirt size.

Cowgirl registration includes Cowgirl Night Friday with food, beverages, and entertainment at the hotel in Tubac, Saturday morning breakfast; roundtrip transportation from hotel to the Ride campsite, and a four-hour Trail's End Party at the Campsite with food, beverages, and entertainment. Also included is a Cowgirl social in Scottsdale in the week's leading up to the ride, Cowgirl special gift, participation in the Mail Drop, and lots of fun!
