Medrano named 2019 Scottsdale Community College Scholarship recipient
With a dog whose name is “Snickers,” Maya Medrano aspires to be a culinary connoisseur who wants to educate people on eating healthy.

Scottsdale Stadium to get $50 million facelift
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – Scottsdale Stadium is about to start a new chapter in its storied history.
The Scottsdale City Council approving plans for a $50 million renovation to the ballpark. The City will pay $35 million. The Giants will add $15 million, with the Scottsdale Charros adding $2.7 million and the concessionaire, Arizona Sports Services, chipping in $2.5 million.
Spring training entities ink funding agreement to begin Scottsdale Stadium renovations
Scottsdale is on its way to begin renovations at the beloved downtown stadium, after a funding agreement for nearly $50.6 million was reached.
During a March 19 Scottsdale City Council meeting, elected officials unanimously approved a memorandum of understanding with the San Francisco Giants and the Scottsdale Charros requiring binding capital financial commitments to Phase 1 of the Scottsdale Stadium renovation project.
