Shotgun Start: 1:15 pm

Format

Two-person teams in a scramble format, with three teams starting at each hole. Golfers of all skill levels are encouraged to participate, ensuring an inclusive and exciting day on the course.

Flights

Cowboys:
Combined Team Handicap of up to 24

City Slickers:
Combined team handicap of 24.1 or higher. If you don’t have an official handicap, you’ll play in the City Slickers flight.

Tournament Schedule

11:30 a.m. – Registration opens; driving range available for all players.

11:30 a.m. – Lunch will be served on the Quill Creek Café patio.

1:00 p.m. – Players head to their designated starting holes.

1:15 p.m. – Shotgun start.

5:30 p.m. – Post-round cocktail party to celebrate a day of friendly competition and fundraising.

Pricing

Twosome: $2,000 (1 two-person team)

Foursome: $4,000 (2 two-person teams)

Sixsome: $6,000 (3 two-person teams)

18-Hole Tournament: Participants will enjoy a full day on Greyhawk’s award-winning course, designed to challenge golfers while offering breathtaking desert views.

On-Course Contests: Engage in fun contests like longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole-in-one competitions, with exclusive prizes for winners.

In Memory of Wayne

A portion of the proceeds of this year’s invitation will fund the Wayne W. Botkin, Jr., D.D.S. Memorial Scholarship. Scottsdale Charro Wayne Botkin, Jr. made a large impact on the Scottsdale community as a leader, philanthropist, and beloved family dentist. This scholarship honors one SUSD senior who will be pursuing pre-med, pre-dental, or pre-vet studies at one of the following universities: GCU, ASU, UA or NAU.
