We would love to have as many Lifers as possible attend the Lifer Day in Camp on Friday, October 24, 2025. For those who do not wish to drive themselves, we are arranging transportation from Scottsdale to the ride site and back on Friday. Space is limited, availability is a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is required as we need to get an accurate Lifer headcount and whether you need transportation.

Purchase your Raffle tickets in advance so you don't have to buy them on the Ride. Prizes include a pistol, a shotgun, a saddle, and a piece of jewelry for your Cowgirl. Tickets are $100 each and all proceeds directly support Charros grants to Scottsdale-based nonprofits who do work in the areas of youth, youth sports, education, Scottsdale’s western heritage, or cultural and community enrichment.

Feed the crowd by being the Meal Sponsor at Ride 63. Put your brand where everyone gathers—over the buffet at every meal during Ride 63. Your logo will be featured on a large banner displayed at all meals, ensuring continuous exposure throughout the event. Plus, you’ll receive highlighted recognition during your selected sponsored meal (choose from Wednesday dinner through Saturday breakfast), with additional signage and shoutouts. For Charro Lifers and Grandes Only - You may join the Ride for two days of your choice: Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Saturday. Tuesday and Friday are free to all Charro Lifers and Grandes. Please indicate all days (paid and free) you are attending on your registration form. Pony Rider registration includes food, beverage, and one Ride shirt. Horse rental, cowgirl events, hotel accommodations, and transportation services are not included. Horse rental and Cowgirl events must be added to cart separately.

Glamping accommodations include your own 15' x 15' tent with a queen bed, nightstand, and lamp; Saturday night dinner, full bar, bonfire, and gambling tables, Sunday morning breakfast. Sunday morning transportation back to the hotels in Tubac is not included. No camping allowed outside of the Glamping Tents - glamping or hotel are the only options for Saturday night.

Horse rental includes a reserved horse and equipment provided by GreyEyes LLC. Riders will be placed with horses based on height, weight, and riding ability. Horses may not be shared or traded. Everyone rides. If you are not bringing your own horse, you must rent one!
