Donation Refund Policy
For donations made using the charros.com website, if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to
the Scottsdale Charros, the Charro Foundation, or the Charro AZ Tax Credit program , we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. To request a refund, call (480) 990-2977. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
Spring Training Baseball Charro Lodge Advertising Refund Policy
If Spring Training is canceled for any reason before the season begins, the Charros will refund the Advertiser all sums paid for tickets or advertising minus direct costs incurred by the Charros. If Spring Training games are canceled once the season begins due to strikes, lockouts, embargoes, labor problems, fuel or power storages, fire, floods, accidents, civil disturbances, war, acts of God, a pandemic, or other causes beyond its control to include a pandemic, the following refund policy will apply for Tickets, Season Tables and Concourse Booths. Full Refund for all games canceled.
If Spring Training games are canceled once the season begins due to strikes, lockouts, embargoes, labor problems, fuel or power storages, fire, floods, accidents, civil disturbances, war, acts of God, a pandemic, or other causes beyond its control to include a pandemic, the following refund policy will apply for all stadium advertising. (1-8) Games Played = Half Season/50% refund of sum paid; (9+) Games Played = Full Season/ 0% refund.
Spring Training Baseball Charro Lodge Rain Out Policy
Scottsdale Stadium and the Charro Lodge both open one hour prior to the start of the game. If the stadium gates do not open, you will receive a 100% refund* of the Charro Lodge ticket price paid or credit towards another home game within the current season based upon availability. *Rainout/Cancellation refunds will only be available by written request for thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the season. If the stadium opens, but a pitch is not thrown, the Charros will refund* 50% of the Charro Lodge ticket price paid or credit the amount towards another home game – subject to availability within the current season. If the 3rd inning is completed, there will be no refunds offered.
Charro Invitational Golf Tournament Refund Policy
Participants who wish to cancel their registration are eligible for a refund up to 14 days before the tournament date. Cancellations made within 13 days of the event are non-refundable, as the funds have been allocated for event planning and expenses. To request a refund, participants must contact the tournament organizers by calling (480) 990-2977 before the cancellation deadline. No refunds will be provided for participants who do not show up for the tournament without prior notice. If the tournament is canceled due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons beyond the organizers’ control, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to donate their registration fee to the Scottsdale Charros. In the event of rescheduling, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date. If the new date is not convenient, a refund will be provided upon request.
Parada del Sol Parade Participant Refund Policy
Only a significant act of nature will cancel the parade, of which all units would be notified. If, for some unforeseen reason, your unit cannot participate in the parade after being accepted, you must contact the parade staff as soon as possible before the parade date. Entries absent on parade day without proper notification may not receive future invitations. Entry Fees are not refundable. If, for any reason, an entry is not accepted into the line-up, fees will be returned. Once accepted into the line-up, fees are not refundable.
Parada del Sol Parade and Trail's End Festival Commercial, Arts and Craft, Food, and Special Activity Vendors Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, 50% of your money will be refunded. No refunds will be issued if you cancel less than 14 days before the event. To request a refund, participants must contact the parade organizers by calling (480) 990-2977 before the cancellation deadline.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: No refunds will be given due to inclement weather or any other uncontrollable act of nature; the event will occur rain or shine.
