This package includes:

• Kime Ranch product pop-ups at two (2) Charro events in Scottsdale in September 2025
• Recognition as a sponsor of the live band at Saturday’s Trail’s End Party—the high-energy finale of Ride 63. As the one of two Band Sponsors, your company will be recognized with prominent signage at the stage, featured in event materials, and you’ll have the opportunity to introduce or thank the band live from the stage. It’s the ultimate spotlight moment to align your brand with the heart of the celebration.
• Recognition as a sponsor of the Sorting Events where the Kimes Ranch logo will be featured on a banner prominently displayed at the Friday afternoon cattle sorting events and again at the Saturday night Trail’s End Party—two of the Ride’s most exciting and well-attended moments. With only four sponsorships available, it’s a prime opportunity to showcase your support and connect with riders and spectators alike.
• Cowgirls Swag – Option to provide a gift to our 200 cowgirls who join the Ride by inserting Kimes Ranch branded swag in the cowgirl gift bag. This is optional and also exclusive to this Kimes Ranch sponsorship package.
• One (1) additional banner in a general area inside the tent at the Ride site in Tubac, AZ
• One (1) full-page ad in the Ride Book
